Buffalo Bill Dam Visitor Center

The Buffalo Bill Dam was completed in 1910 and was the highest dam in the world at the time standing 325 feet tall. The dam is still functional today as part of the Shoshone Project irrigates more that 93,000 acres. The dam was on of the first concrete arch dams built in the United States and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Open  May 1 to September 30. Free admission.
