Cody:

The Buffalo Bill Village Resort featuring the Holiday Inn (189 rooms), Comfort Inn (74 rooms) and the Buffalo Bill [Cabin] Village (83 cabins) is located in Cody, 52 miles from the East Entrance, 78 miles from the Northeast entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Cody serves as great base camp for your group. Within walking distance to Buffalo Bill Historical Center; 3 miles to Cody Nite Rodeo and Old Trail Town. Take a Cody trolley Tour or enjoy an evening of western music and poetry at Dan Miller's Cowboy Music Revue. Step on guides for Yellowstone National park are also available through Grubsteak Expeditions.  Various restaurants and galleries within walking distance. Special tour meal plans and services available at the resort. All located on one complex, intersection of US Highway 14, 14Alt, 16, 20 and WY 120. Downtown Cody, Wyoming.
 
 
 
Riverton:

The Holiday Inn Riverton Convention Center (122 rooms) is located in Riverton on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Central Wyoming on route to Yellowstone National Park / Grand Teton National Park. Access to Yellowstone via the Southeast Entrance route to Grand Teton National Park/Yellowstone National Park. Near Sinks Canyon, Atlantic City and South Pass City ghost Towns and on the Oregon Trail. Located on US Highway 26.
 
 
 
Ucross:
The Ranch at Ucross is a private 4* Guest Ranch (31 rooms) located at the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains, 1/2 day from Black Hills/Yellowstone National Park. Located on US Hwy 14-16, 27 miles SE of Sheridan, WY; 18 miles NW of Buffalo, Wyoming. Due to the Ranch's seclusion meals are included in the rate package. Several attractions available on site such as horseback riding, tennis, game of horseshoes, fishing and hiking possibilities.

Preliminary Rooming list due thirty (30) days prior to arrival; final rooming list due fourteen (14) days prior to arrival
 
 
 
Complimentary Policy:

Complimentary meals for Driver/ Tour Director when meals contracted at hotel. Unless otherwise contracted, one (1) complimentary room provided with a minimum of fifteen (15) rooms paid, maximum of one (1) complimentary room per motor coach movement.
 
 
 
Luggage Handling:

Unless otherwise contracted, $5.00 per bag roundtrip.
