My daughter and i stayed here on the way to Idaho. We had expected to cross YNP but the roads were icy so we turned back. The staff were helpful on the phone at the last minute, we enjoyed our stay. The room was warm and cozy and breakfast was good. We would love to explore Cody next time and will stay here again.

" Big, clean room: helpful volunteers"
We stopped at this hotel on our way from Mt. Rushmore to Yellowstone. Cody, WY was the closest place to Yellowstone w/out staying in the park. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast included in the rate was better than your typical free breakfast; lots of hot food. There were volunteers in the lobby to answer any questions or offer help. Cody seemed like a cool town, but we didn't have any time to explore.

"Exceeded expectations"
Date of review: Sep 29, 2010
I usually do not have high expectations for a Comfort Inn but they are
often a reasonable value. Noting that this property does not have an
elevator, I expected just an average stay. However, the room was very
good in all respects. Front desk staff - great.
Continental breakfast across the parking lot is just so, so. For the hotel it is strategically
placed
in that you have to go through the gift shop to reach it. The room does
work out as the lobby area would be too small for breakfast when the
house is busy.
